Great Horned Owlets: Later we found there were two owlets. Curiosity overcame their shyness. One owlet was so interested in our probably tasty looking, small dog that it leaned waaaay over the edge of the nest and fell out! Caught itself on a supporting branch and climbed back into the nest while we held our breath and watched from below.
